Pratt County Autumn...

Actually, the farm in the valley and the treein the bottom picture are here in Kiowa County... But the rest is from Pratt County, coming home...

Especially cottonwoods! Live or dead theya re one of my favorite trees... And I am a big fan of trees...lol (there's a bumper sticker on my truck that says "TREEHUGGER")LOL
The wreath on the gate made me want to go down the driveway and see the house... You couldn't see it from the road...

This tree stands in the middle of a wheat field. I have no idea how old it is, but it's been there ever since I've lived here. The farmer just plows and harvests around it.

Yep.. it's an old Love those old buildings...
My great grandfather build one of his own design out of brick, and it's round... you have to walk in 5 foot tall weekds to get to it, and I'm waiting for it to be cold enough that all the snakes (especially the rattlesnakes!!) are underground before I attept the hike out to photograph it!! lol...(hope it's still there)
