LOL~these guys can make more faces than a circus clown. I know, as I have watched them for 12 years ~ every deer season. Aren't they just one of the most beautiful creatures God has made? And, when they are in velvet, as this one is, they are a sight to see~ Great shot Anita!
Thanks! There were two together, both in velvet, both about the same size... no matter how many I see, I love seeing them!I know that sounds contradictory coming from someone who lives in a hunting family, but part of a true hunter is appreciation (and gratefulness to) the hunted.
Hehe, silly deer :) Very beautiful though.
That is too funny! Great catch!
Wonderful when they pose for you like that.
Looks like he's saying, "Pppbbblllt!" Poor thirsty dear, er deer...
lol... with all the standing water in the fields, I don't think he was thirsty for long! :)
I was positive I posted a reply .. but I seem not to ....Another great capture ... woman you are SO good!:-Daryl
I think Blogger eats comments sometimes...lolI am in the process of finding a place to print my pictures, I've had several requests for prints... trouble is, I don't own credit cards, so it's not easy finding an online place that A. won't cost me an arm and a leg, and B. take paypal, money order or personal check! I've got a few I'm checking out, though...
